SECTION 3 – SHIPPING POLICY AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
We process and ship orders within 3–4 hours after confirmation. Shipping options include Express Delivery, Next-Day Delivery, and 48-Hour Delivery.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before checkout to avoid errors.

Microdose Vision is not responsible for any customs, import, or additional delivery fees charged by your local authorities or postal services.
Once a tracking number confirms that a package has been delivered, Microdose Vision is not responsible for any misplaced or lost packages thereafter.
Shipping times depend on your location. We deliver across all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska, and ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, the U.K., Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and selected countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
SECTION 4 – PRODUCT ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, actual colors and packaging may vary depending on your screen and local suppliers.
